Scott Pack is :
A married man and a serial liar.
Scott Pack exhibits highly narcissistic tendencies and is likely an (as yet) undiagnosed psychopath. He uses lies about his own suffering to fuel his victim mentality, garner sympathy and support, stave off accountability, avoid culpability for his actions, and seduce women.
Scott Pack is a self-described sex addict who refers to women as "wounded gazelle's" and brags about taking women out of their comfort zones by getting rough with them. He has knowingly allowed women to have unprotected sex with his best friend who has HIV, while he also watched and got involved. He has then had sex with his wife and girlfriend/s without telling them they are at risk. This behavior is illegal and immoral.
To be fair, Scott Pack is also charming and handsome, tall and charismatic. He can be the life of the party. Most people fall for his act because, like all narcissists, he is adept at mirroring whomever he is talking to and reflecting back at them their beliefs and ideology, interests and surface level personality. He will ask a few of the right questions and seem very interested, but he will never take the time to truly know someone or be interested in their life and needs and pain - unless he wants to sleep with them, in which case they will get the full charm offensive.

Scott Pack is not :
... single, separated, divorced or in an open relationship. Nor will he ever be. Scott Pack is very much married. He has two sons and a wife he keeps cloistered in the San Diego suburbs.
Scott Pack is not suffering at the hands of a "terrorist" wife. She is not a bad mother. Nor did she trick him into marriage by getting pregnant.
Scott Pack is not a hippie. He is not a man of integrity. He is not a meditator or a seeker of his own personal evolution. He is not an honest person. He is not a kind and thoughtful person. Nor is he, as he claims to be, a loyal person. He exhibits none of the personality traits he demands from others. He is an exercise in hypocrisy.
