A Long Overdue Public Apology - Sept 2, 2017

Harmony & Green's former employees would like to offer a public apology to the company's investors and their families.

You were defrauded by the CEO, Scott Pack, and his partner, Rudy Saenz. You have been disregarded, lied to, and kept in the dark. You deserved better. You are good people who trusted in a vision that was peddled to you by people who never had any intention of living up to its lofty idealism. There was no integrity in Harmony & Green, and as the months passed, and the disrespect to you and your investments became obvious to those of us watching, it became more and more apparent that your money was not in safe hands. It was being used flagrantly and incompetently. At best your money was in the hands of two greedy idiots. At worst it was in the hands of two criminals.

The courts will decide.

A Grand Jury has already ruled that this case will go to court. Scott Pack and Rudy Saenz have been indicted on multiple felonies and are out on millions of dollars worth of bail.

Instead of reimbursing the good people that invested in his son's company, Mike Pack has decided to pay Scott's bail and attorney's fees. And, after Scott was released he flew to Miami on vacation. Scott is now, presumably, at Burning Man on a PR tour to continue cry about this "witch hunt". As Scott now has no income we can only presume he is doing this on his fathers dime or is dipping into some of his ill-gotten gains - or is perhaps spending whatever is left of your money.

While many at H&G obviously knew what was going on behind the scenes, those who did not would like to distance themselves from the two immoral men in charge of this 'company' and offer the apology its CEO never had the courage or integrity to give you.

We are sorry. You deserved better. You were played. So were we.

But while many of you have privately expressed your embarrassment and your reluctance to pursue the matter in court and make the matter more public, we are not going to let these men get away with it.

The Marijuana Industry deserves better than to have these two men drag it down to their depths. Too many people have toiled long and hard to fight for our rights to access this medicine, and to decriminalize this healing plant. Too many good people are behind bars for possession of a herb. There is still much work to be done and this case is a distraction and a blow to the cause.

We are in possession of an email from Mr Pack asking us to destroy Harmony & Green files and not talk to police unless subpoenaed. This has been forwarded to the District Attorney.

We personally offer our apology for creating a mission statement that tugged on your heartstrings.

This mission was a reflection of our integrity, and our hopes and dreams, not Scott Pack's, and certainly not Rudy Saenz's.
